The session is very beginner friendly, we will repeat some contemporary floor elements from last week and add some new ones. So again exploring different techniques to go in and out of the floor (from middle level). This will help you to achieve soft and fluide movement on the floor and build the base for tricks and flows later🤸♂ All ages and genders are welcome!
